We're here to help and want you to be happy with your purchase, so returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Email email@example.com your order number and the reason for your wish to return your product.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Geckojoy, 97 BUKIT DRIVE #05-37, THE RAINTREE, Singapore 587842.
In general, the following will apply to orders of ORIGINAL PAINTINGS AND SKETCHES, LIMITED EDITION PRINTS, AND SIGNED PRINTS:
1. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund, less the shipping charges. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
2. If your order arrives damaged you may be able to claim for shipping costs as well. Please email email@example.com your order number and a picture of your damaged product and damaged packaging within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can contact the shipper. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on shipping charges.
3. If your product did not arrive or is taking longer than you expected please email firstname.lastname@example.org your order number so we can contact the shipper. International shipping can take time and delays do occur. Your order may also be held up at customs in your country. You may also check your order status directly via Speedpost at http://www.speedpost.com.sg
4. There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted:
• Items with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or shipping error.
• Any item that is posted for return more than 14 days after delivery.
• Unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
• Downloadable software products.
5. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. So do remember to send your order number.
7. If you are shipping an item over USD$50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES
1. ORIGINAL PAINTINGS AND SKETCHES cannot be replaced or exchanged.
2. Replacement or exchange of LIMITED EDITION PRINTS AND SIGNED PRINTS is at the discretion of Geckojoy. If you are eligible for a refund but would like your print replaced for another of the same artwork please contact email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. First check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ORDERS FULFILLED BY THIRD PARTIES
Some of Geckojoy's products are fulfilled by print-on-demand third parties who have their own return policies.
Geckojoy is not responsible for returns or replacements from third party websites or their applications on this website. So it's faster if you contact them directly.
However, we understand this can be confusing, so feel free to email email@example.com with your order number and where you purchased your product and we'd be happy to advise you how to proceed.
1. If you ordered products or prints from the Shop tab in this website, your order is fulfilled by Fine Art America and their return policy will apply. You'll need to return it to them for faster resolution and/or replacement. Their return policy is as follows:
• "If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on FineArtAmerica.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - Fine Art America does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality."
2. If you ordered products or prints from the links to Geckojoy's products on external storefronts at Redbubble.com, Society6.com, Zazzle.com, Liveheroes.com, Crated.com, etc., please refer to those websites' return policies and return the product directly to them.
